I just got home from an interview/geography test. One of the questions was to name 2 countries that the US has no political relations with. Even after searching the 'net I can't find any answers.
Anyone have an idea what they are?

No political relations at all. Kind of a vague question huh? crptcblade you're guess is as good as mine. I'm just hoping for a definate answer with some backing. It won't do me any good other than sake of mind.
A little FYI for everyone else. ;)
America doesn't have diplomatic relations with North Korea, Taiwan, Iran or Cuba, amongst others.
It depends what they mean by political. If they mean diplomatic then ID is right. If they mean absolutly no government interaction then you prolly would have to find 2 other countries without governments.
See what was funny was when I asked the interviewer the exact meaning of the question, she just repeated the question. Rather than taking guesses I said nothing.
"Better to let people think you're an idiot than to open your mouth and remove all doubt." in effect.
Zaire, Zanzibar, you could hunt in the African continent for little-known nations. There must be a few there.
.
From what I've heard,
Yugoslavia isn't having many political relations with anybody nowadays.
For that matter, neither is the USSR.
Politically speaking there's no Yugoslavia, but Shawn, the two countries born out of the former Yugoslavia are a good guess. I don't think the US has had time to establish political relations with these new babies as it's too busy with Iraq.Quote:

Zimbabwe is very likely to be one with that **** in power!!!!!:) :)
New Zealand might be another as i doubt they have an embassy there either ;) ;)
I assume they mean any hostile or friendly relationships. Any one in NATO or the UN would be out and so would the middle east. Japan is a friend so is south korea, North korea will soon be at war with America along with Iraq. Africa does have American embasys so most of them are out.
Hell some people say they have treatys with aliens so the Universe isnt in the question either :D :D :D :D :D :D
What a crap exam if you ask me :D :D
Well, I originally answered with New Zealand and Argentina. Why Argentina I don't know. She came back looking at me like a total moron.
So you decided to remove all doubt after all...
Not exactly...:rolleyes:Quote:
