Outlook Express

I wanted to flush my computer and would like to keep all my e-mails. Is there a way to save all the e-mail?

I am using Outlook Express and windows XP.

Also, make sure you have disconnected the monitor and CPU before attempting to drop them down the toilet bowl. :)

I have looked the solution, and it doesn't tell me anything about restore back the e-mail to the new computer(after flush the system.
