Banner in VBA

I would like to create a banner in excel using VBA. Don't have a clue. I appreciate any help on this issue.

I don't understand what you are trying to do, but the old standby answer applies here.

Turn on create macro
Do what you want the macro to do
Turn off create macro
Edit your macro

actually, i was trying to create a banner that moves across the screen. since then, thought about using the flash screen.
