Need to add a toolbar to a browser?

Hi all,

How can I add a simple toolbar to IE browser like (google or Yahoo) :confused:

if anyone have a ready VB.net code with one link button inside the toolbar for a start.
I'll be really thanks coz i need to my company :)

It's kind of plug-ins (I think) .Search the forum Cander's posted a thread days past !
