I'm thinking of creating a translator from englsih into russian and vise versa. (i know both)
I was wondering if i can gather some information on creating something like that...if someone has started one or there is code that will help me.

Go to http://www.microsoft.com and type in "MS Agent"...I'm sure something will popup. MS Agent is a speaker that talks out loud and stuff.
