open form in modal status

hi all
i have 3 forms
1.frmMain - mdiparent
2.frmCompanies
3. frmConnWayAdd

i try to open the frmConnWayAdd in modal status and to disable the other forms i have found this way

Dim frmConnWayAdd As New frmConnWayAdd()
frmConnWayAdd.MdiParent = Me.MdiParent
frmConnWayAdd.Show()
Me.Enabled = False

i sure that there is another way - no?????
