VB is Terminating itself

I have a problem with my VB APPLICATION.

it is terminating automatically, before terminating this error is flashed

What Code are you Running, are you using any APIs, specificly the CopyMemory API, which can cause that if used wrongly.

I am getting a error ADODC cannot refresh ..
after getting this error VB is terminating itself...

send in the code that causes this mate.. there's no way one can help u without that... this could be due to an n number of issues... specifically if u're playing with memory via object referencing...
