Doing a simple search on Google.com for 'VB.Net Controls', there is a few different places for you to look.
Here is one I just picked out of the crowd:

Although there are only like 6 controls listed there.
You might just want to search for .Net controls because controls made with C# will work with VB.net and vice versa
