I'm buying a new PC and it comes with 512 Hyundai RAM. It's DDR but is it a reliable brand. I don't know much about hardware.

I wouldn't have Hyundai RAM...
It's like putting an turbo on a Dust cart... it's just not worth it! :)
Stick with Kingston, you won't beat 'em.
