Need VB Database Application Normalized

I am looking for someone to rewrite my existing VB patchwork flat access database into normalized tables - customer, order, etc. Database is being used by 4 so i would like to move it over to SQL. Application is for order processing. Currently 25,000 records. Would like to expand report funtionality.

Currently most everything is on one form which is full and will not accept any more controls.

Must be done in VB and i must have full access to code for housekeeping & future upgrades.
