Why there is an error when using Bitmap.save(Response.StreamOutPut,ImageFormat.Png)?

How to save png format to Response.OutPutStream?

Here's the error detail:
Exception Details: System.Runtime.InteropServices.ExternalException: A generic error occurred in GDI+.
