XP look and Feel

I know how to make my menu look like XP, now i need my FORMS look and feel XP. Does anyone know how to do this?
Any Help?

I have read somewhere that you can use Resource Hacker to change the properties of your program to make it look like XP but i forgot how. I will look it up. What OS are you running?
