Adding a shortcut to the .exe file in a setup project?

Does anyone know how to add a shortcut in the setup project so that when the user installs the program, it copies a shortcut to the .exe on ones desktop?

You have a folder called User's Desktop in the setup project, simply create the shortcut there.
