Wallpaper question
Is the desktop wallpaper drawn onto an actual window?? Because it seems like it's a window that's behind everything else on the screen, like icons and such. If so, how can I draw onto the desktop background without actually changing the BMP file?
Can someone please explain how the desktop background is displayed and some info on manipulating it? Thanks a bunch.
