WindowsFormsParkingWindow

I'm getting the following error:
"WindowsFormsParkingWindow: myApp.exe - Application Error"
"The instruction at (...) could not be read"

This happens when I close my application.
I put a catch at the main method but this error it's not catchable.
The JIT Debbuger sais it can't hanfle this exception.

I'm using Crownwood's Magic tab controls, and I suspect it is from this.

Any help on this kind of errors/library?
