Advice requested...
I have an older system partly developed VB6 and part in VB.net. The data for this system is stored in FoxPro tables and the data is accessed via ODBC connections.
I now need to enable my users to access the data in a more timely fashion via a pocket PC. The Pocket PC only needs to access our peer-to-peer intranet. No internet access required.
Can anyone give me guidance as to the best development path to accomplish what I desire ?
In particular I am interested in advice that relates to the following:
- Best type/model of Pocket PC for this kind of development ?
- Best type/model of wireless access points etc...
and any other advice that would be of help to a newbie.
Thanks so much for any advice that anyone gives ....

well , I think this needs a lot of time just to know how to start out all of these , search the web to get started .
VS.NET heavily supported Pocket PC application .May be this makes MS VS.NET one of the strongest programming tool .
Pocket PC Programming in .NET
pick last releases of the Pocket PCs simply because they support last technologies (wireless,infrared..etc)
