VB + Office

Hi,

Since yesterday, I have this strange thing going on:
when I start VB MS Office 2000 setup begins running immediately, trying to install files, asking for the cd etc. I have to press the cancel button 4 times before I can continue with VB. And even when I've 'reached' VB, it sometimes gives an error: "An error has occured, an automated error report will be generated." :confused: But I haven't touched the VB install or MS Office install for weeks.

And the worst part is:
if I insert the Office cd, it installs some things, but the next time it does the same again! :eek: :confused: :eek: :mad:

Has anyone encountered this before?

Do you have some addon or something that's being loaded by VB that requires Office files or something ?
