Asp needs to get Outlook Groups

Greetings!
I need to grab outlook user groups from an ASP page. Can this be done? Can anyone steer me in the right direction?

If you can do it in VB or C++ then you can do it in ASP, just create a server object thingy.

could you, pray tell direct me to a source of info?

I dont use outlook but try www.wotsit.org cos' they have loads of file formats.
