activate hidden app by keyboard

hi,
how to display an app's main window with some keyboard key combination when it is running in the background and doesn't showup in the tasklist when a user pressed ctrl-alt-del so that the user cannot kill it.
plz help

Just a idea, set a hotkey for your application and make your form visible whenever the hotkey notification is recieved by your application.
