Create/access sub directories

Whenever I use either WebMatrix or VisualStudio .net I can never create or view subdirectories.

I want to be able to create a subdirectory called "admin" to place all of my administration pages.

What am I doing wrong?

Right click on the project and choose Add then choose New Folder:
