Does someone know if i can open an instance of an allready opened form in Access.
The problem is you have to open a form wiht the openform statement applying the formname.
If it is possible can someone point me in the right direction of handling this.

Dim frm as Form
Set frm = New FormName
frm.setfocus
No luck.
With the setfocus statement it sets the focus to that form which is under another one with dialog view (modal) .
What i would like is to create an instance of that form and show it modaly (acDialog).
If someone could help me.

Yeah you can. But its better to make an instance first.
I found it difficult to accomplish (although possible) and my grand Ideas went out the window when it killed Access (ran out of memory...)
Near enough as ralph posted, just need a public collection to hold the form open.
I can have a look an see if I have the code available..
