why don't you make one yourself? it'd probably be the simplest php/mysql script you could do. great way to learn.
Definately Easy to make a Top Site List Script..
I am currently finishing on off (when i get back to it ;))
But if u want what i have (written to work with PHP Nuke currently.. so u will need to alter some stuff), i would be happy to send yer it :)
