Service Description

I am writing a Service - and can't seem to work out how I can enter details of the "Description" field when the service is displayed in the "Computer Management/Services" screen.

A appreciate that I can change the description from this screen, but if possible, I would like it to be entered by the service program itself.

I am loading the program using InstallUtil.exe...
