Changing icon of any exe

How to do this?

Hi,
go to form Properties -> change the Icon property
Now if you have more than one form in your project then
Go to project Properties ->select make tab , choose the form which you had changed Icon.

I meant changing the icon of any exe file.. not ones generated by VB.

eg: change the icon of notepad.exe
