Microsoft Site Server

Hi
I've installed Microsoft Site Server as part of MS BackOffice Server.

For some reason, MSS won't autostart on booting the machine and has to be manually started. How can I get it to autostart?

Also, how can I change the admin password provided TO these services during installation?

Put it in start-up.
