Burning Cue/Bin files
Is it ok if I extract a .Bin file to my hard disk (with WinIso) and then burn it with Nero? does it make a difference?
one thing that I'm noticing... what is MODE1, or MODE2 for burning? these cue files have either mode1 or mode2:confused:
also, I have a .Bin file, it's weird. It is about 790 MB and when I open it to disk (with WinISO), it gets 610MB, why is it like this

Bin files are always a lot bigger, i believe it contains, among other things, the track layout information which means for an increased size.
In most cases extracting the .bin before burning works fine, but there are the odd few programs/games that check the cd label to see if it matches the one it should be.
And from my experience most PC-CDROMS are Mode1 where as Playstation and (X)(S)VCD are MODE2/2352.
