icon on the form

how should i get an icon on the left corner of the form.
the icon which i have created.
help please

goto form properties > icon >load icon >your .ico

In the form's property window change the icon property ,
just add your own created Icon file,

Here is it a little bit clearer:
1. In the Properties scrool until you see the 'Icon' property
2. Next to the Icon propert, it says 9Icon0-to the right of this click on the small nutton with three '...' to select your new form icon.
