Is there an equivalent of DirectX for VB.Net? If so is it called something else? I can't seem to find anything useful on MSDN about it (big shock there).

You have to use DirectX 8 for now. Direct9/.NET is still some time away.
Do you know of any 'how to' resources for it in VB.NET?
