If I have multiple references (declared withevents) to a control, the order in which they are referenced appears to be the reverse order in which who gets their event procedure fired. However, the UserControl/Form containing that control gets first dibs. Is there a way to reorder this?

Afraid Not. that's the point of withevents, you leave it to the system to decide.
The only thing you can do, but then it defeats the object is to use an array or somthing that gets updated when an event occurs, then when the array is full run your event processing manually in the order you want things to happen in.
