Yes, the Crucial is PC2100, so they will work just fine :) just keep in mind if you are overclocking that you can only overclock your RAM as high as the slowest stick will go. Let's say the Crucial stick hits 150fsb, and you are running your system at 150fsb, if the PNY stick only does 140fsb, you can only run at 140fsb.
I doubt you are OCing...but food for thought :) chances are you should be fine though, most PC2100 RAM can run at 150+
heh mine is running at 166 :D
My Crucial PC2100 is too. :D
how do you find out?
well in my case, i told my bios to run my ram at that speed. :D
Yeah, well I don't have the luxury of a KT333 board, I've got a KT266a...but I put my RAM up to 166 the REAL man's way and OCed my FSB to 166 ;) :D
i never claimed a 333 board... my motherboard is just an overclocker's dream, that's all...;)
nothing like my abit was though.
Oh, got the impression that you set your RAM to 133/166.
Which board do you have? I've got an 8KHA+, it's an awesome OCer
heh no, my fsb is running way over...i don't remember the brand of the motherboard... its not a major one, and i have had so many... Id yank the cover off and look but because of where my computer is currently located, that is not a likely thing to happen. When i install my new cpu fan in a few days, i will probably remember to look then.
the fan is so honking huge, it hooks up to harddrive power...
it cost me $45!!! But im hoping for a couple of extra mhz with it ;)
isnt my fsb 266? doesnt that mean that my ram runs at that too?
Default FSB is 133, since your RAM is double your FSB (DDR) it's running at 266MHz
