Algebraic Fractions and Brackets
Hi everyone.
Ok, I'm asking a pretty easy question here for you Maths geniuses but please...don't make fun of me :D
I know how to simplify equations and multiply out brackets and all that jazz. I know how to simplify algebraic fractions and how to do arithmetic with them...jazz jazz jazz.
I'm having difficulty however when it comes to algebraic fractions and brackets.
Look at this one here for example:
Code:
2a+c a+2c
3c - {------ - ------}
8 4
If someone could just explain how I simplify this I'd be very grateful indeed. As I say, no making fun :) We can't all be great.
Thanks.
