3D Graphics

Hi Guys,
I am very new to Graphics & Game Design. Is it possible to generate 3D objects in 3D world via VB ?

Thanks for the advise CyberCarsten, but I think VB should be enough for my level (I am not that deeply professional in 3D & Graphics ;) ).
Anyway, I've found many samples at pscode and I think I am done with this thing, so thanks for the help guys, no more questions ! :p
