lost and found

this is not releated with VB...

do we have a lost & found dept....

my account got lost then got register and then password lost and i dont get the new password ... keep on asking my mail id but no replay...

can any one help me out

and I do not know how Karl is going to do this... at the moment I think he is trying to get new servers up and running... that is move the vbf to new hosts.

I know that some has gotten their accounts back, hopfully all of those that lost their accounts will get them back :)

I read threds regarding in Forum Feedback and Chit-chat section,
But does it deleted randomly or what...

i belive there was some server problem and servers been replaces and after that the forums was very slow and finnaly for few days down... that it after that for few days i tried and few of my buddy mail me...


after long time i tried i found my account lost..

i expected forum to mail all the members about it and inform about the event and suggest a method of getting the account but nothing like that...

there are few link post by peet about it may be u can check it

just to make a point still not able to get back my accout...
any suggestions

Lost my account too.

The post count and beeing a new member doesn't bother me that much.

But i used the forum also as a database.

There were some good answers on some questions i posted.
Now the answers on it can't be found again.
I"ll say it is a great loss.
Yesterday i could not access the forum again, i think it will take some time to get it back like it was.

Had to ask it over here too, to know what has gone wrong.

I just had to register every time i tried to post my reply.

Got a message that my reply was on an invalid thread.

Worked after the fourth time.

Hope Karlos can find some better hosts for the site.

this is my 3 username and now i am able to the rest all i lost
last 2 days i was not able to login in the forum.. it gave some php file error refering to database mysql...

is it so we have some problems...

Don't think it is we who has some problems.

They have but we undergo the disadvantages of them.

It would be better if they should take some time to sort it out.

Hope it will be better in no time.

i agree with u swatty... such a busy forums has to be up to the mark.... no problem issue like this come up but some one has to handle it... a solution good or bad.. a end to this
