I've got a cookbook by a bloke called Chapman of The Curry Club in the UK. Awesome curries in there.
My daughter and I made a brilliant one yesterday. Morag kept going back to the kitchen to see if it was ready. I had to explain the marination took hours before we could start to cook it!
If you are a member, do you use the postal service for the Spice Packs? We're lucky we can get just about everything nearby, and our Muslim next-door-neighbours grow quite a few of the herbs and spices.
