Retrieving Windows Owner

How can I retrieve and set Windows Owner?

USe getparent api:
Declare Function GetParent Lib "user32" Alias "GetParent" (ByVal hwnd As Long) As Long

parentwnd&=getparent(yourwnd&)

I mean The Owner of the computer

Argh, i got you wrong, maybe you could set up a netcamera and then have some dll's from it's manufacturer and do some stuff, i really can't help you, but i'm sure it's stored in registry or can be retrieved with api
