Remove label next to controls

I need to remove the label caption present next to the controls present in the IDE. I just want the image displayed.

If I remember correctly, there is an option in the context menu of the controlbox to change it's appearance to only show icons.
I will check it as soon as I am home. I don't have VB.NET installed here at work.
