The time on the forums seems to be wrong. I am at GMT +5:30 and when the time is 7:25 here the forums display it as 8:30. And it displays "all times are GMT+5.5".

The time on the forums seems to be wrong. I am at GMT +5:30 and when the time is 7:25 here the forums display it as 8:30. And it displays "all times are GMT+5.5".
Bear in mind it's summer, so a lot of times will be an hour out. Just change your control panel to reflect this.
As for the 5 minutes...well... ;)
