Problems in Setup project

I am trying to add a setup project to my solution, I have a service and a controller. When I make the setup project I have some problems.

I don't where is the install path (probabily in system.configuration.Install.AssemblyInstaller.path)

I have some checkboxes for installation options, but desinstalling the application this options are ignored. how can i do.

I want to offer the option of execute the controller at the end of the installation, and I don't know how.

Could I change the serial number algorithm???

and how can I edit the installation forms, to do some changes??
