Is there a way to change the appearance of Outlook - eg
the preview panes background to light blue instead of white, the menu bars in peach instead of gold, shortcut background colour light green instead of blue, perhaps a background of ivy
BUT only for Outlook and not the other windows.
In other words a new skin for Outlook like Windows Media Player.
