I think the open prison is a very interesting idea.
I sure hope it works to rehabiliate non-violent crimminals.
The question is why would someone "jailed for life" be in any sort of rehabilitation?

it is a good idea I think but putting someone done for attempted murder in there was a bit stupid
Usually you get non-violent crims in there like people who commit fraud or old biddies or whatever. As it says they are practically free to come and go as they please so what the funk was he doing in there?
