I have been given the task of implementing a migration from Access to SQL Server 7. As I has been a couple of years since I've worked on SQLServer I feel I need some training (as I work for a charity we probably cannot afford to attend training courses).
Would anyone please suggest books and/or CBT's etc which are good to cover admin and/or programming of SQLServer7.
Thanks very much.
John.

The sql 7 books online are free from the microsoft web site, they are a great reference, but they are not tutorials. There are many web sites that have ADO and SQL (language) tutorials, however
If you'd like those links, let me know

Thanks, I am confident with SQL - although any sites relating to Transact SQL would be good, as would the ADO sites.
I still find paper manuals easier for general study and have been impressed with CBTs in the past - so anyone with recommendations I would be grateful.
Thanks.

My favorite is an O'Reilly:
