New IE Window

Hi,

Since a couple of days I have a very strange thing:
The first instance of IE I open is normal, but every other windows is resized so that only the icon and the control box buttons are visible. Look at the attached image to see what I mean.

Does anyone know how to set it so that all other IE Windows are just maximized without focut?

there is a setting you can do in the advanced tab under internet tools but that seems to always mess it up. you could maximize it and then close it all out and it should remember the setting next time.
