right clicking on a tree item hilights it, but doesn't select it. confuses the user.

in my tree list when i rightclick on a node it becomes hilighted, but it's not selected (only the first node in the tree is selected). How do i make it so when i right click on a node it selects it as well.

if this is not possible is there a way to make it so that right-clicking on the node does not hilight it?

what i want to do is allow the user to be able to change the text of the selectednode. and a hilighted (but not selected) node will confuse my user.
