Zone Alarm

It's Zone Alarm Pro that's crashing your system. I've got win2K Advanced Server as well, and as soon as I installed Zone Alarm Pro I got the Blue Screen Of Death twice in two days, then I uninstalled it and everything was fine.

Get Black ICE and another small free firewall and you'll have two running at once.
