what the hell is an Ad Hoc...?
I have seen it quite a bit in documentation but have no clue as too what this refers to. :confused:

Can anyone help me out here?

Latin for "Here and now". On the spot if you like.

Well just going to give an ad hoc answer here with absolutely no research or testing .... oh l just did;)

You can also use it in the sense "for the time being" or "temporary"
