Ok either Gen-X or meg has mentioned a product called RealBasic which apparent codes like vb....but....can compile to either Wintel or MacOs object.
Does anyone know where to get a look at it or who markets it?????????????????
Am interested to see if can import vb apps to RealBasic and then generate MacOs version for an Apple client....persumably all API calls are translated?????

Some one claimed the RealBasic was a Wintel product which could generate MacOs object....clearly it ain't a Wintel product...but one of those horrid mac apps

What's Wintel? Is it Windows and Intel combined?
Shortened "Windows on Intel" -> Wintel. Generally coz we support Windows, Apple, and Unix clients have adopted Wintel in documentation to refer to Windows clients, MacOs for Apple Clients, and "oh my god not unix" for unix clients.
