Forget Mexican smuggling

Pah! Forget all these Mexicans paying money to be smuggled into the US!!

Apparently there's a bit of a fuss up here about Bee smuggling from the US to Canada.

Does this strike anyone else as more than a little bit odd. I mean, can't they just fly over the border themsleves. Or do we have a massive fly net strung from coast to coast.
