Chuck it all in a module?

I've got about eight forms in my program, each of which is rounded and thus has code to create the region.

Since the code on each form is identical (except 2 variables) would it be worth chucking it in a module and calling it from each form?

Would this make any real speed difference? (slower or faster, I dunno)..

Having a single point of mainenance is worth more than the speed difference (which would be close to zero anyway).
