graph equations

i need to graph a parabola. what program can do this?

i have math cad, but i have no idea how to use it.

I had Math Cad about 10 versions ago. It was weird to use, but once I played with it a while, I figured it out. Can you just write the code in VB? All you have to do is scale the drawing surface so that it uses cartesian coordinates. You can probably whip it up in about 45 minutes or less.
