Spy++ comes with Visual Studio. It runs in the background, you start other processes, then turn on Spy++ - wherever you move the cursor it gives you information about the window (control) where the cursor current is.

Ya but it doesn't give you the name of the ocx or dll it's using, right? If I can find out the file name, I can click on the properties in WinXP and find out the name of the company who made it.
